Consider the team member as part of your team. The working methodology remains the same, except they are remote. It’s a reminder that we’re all in this together, sharing similar life experiences & human emotions, regardless of location.

How does the contract work

The contract is done between your company & Our company.

Will I work directly with the team members?

Yes. You will interact directly with the team members. Refer working principle.

How do I communicate with the team members?

Most of our UK Accounting companies use Teams, Zoom & WhatsApp calls.

Which ID will they use?

Refer working principle. Member is a part of your team. They use your email ID.

How often do I meet?

Refer working principle. Similar to the way he would work with your team members. Few companies speak daily, weekly or monthly.

How is their English?

While English is the language of business and education in India, some team members may require additional training to reach native-speaker proficiency. Therefore, we carefully assess language skills alongside expertise when selecting the ideal team member for your scope of work.

What are the cultural differences?

How much checking do you do?

We’ve implemented quality control measures to ensure error-free work, similar to having a dedicated team member. If errors persist, we address them accordingly. For added assurance, we also offer a review service to guarantee your work is delivered with zero errors.

Do the Team engage with the client directly?

They can engage over email or call if you want.

What are the working hours?

We work from 11 am to 8 pm IST. i.e. 5:30UK time to 14:30 UK time.

How many leaves do team members have?

We have 12 public holidays & 21 personal leave. Leaves freeze during Dec-Jan as it is a busy session.

Is a substitute provided during leave?

Leave beyond public holidays & personal leave are covered. We provided a team member. We tend to plan all our leaves in advance. There are no leaves around due dates & busy sessions.

Is the time sheet prepared?

Yes.

How do I fire a team member?

You let the team lead know about the quality issue. We provide a replacement & tight quality control in the interim.

Period to recruit a team member

We often have skilled professionals available to begin work immediately. If your project aligns with their expertise, we can start right away. If not, we can typically onboard the perfect team member within 60 days.

How does the selection of team members work?

Depending on the scope of work, we select the team member. You interview and then we start. Delivery of quality is our responsibility. Someone from our team will be involved till the quality & deliverables are agreed upon.

Who does the appraisal?

It depends on how you want this to be done. We are open to options.

Which software do you use?

Accounting & VAT: Xero, QuickBook, Sage, FreeAgent, Capium, Zohobooks etc.
Connectors: Link My Books, Dext, Auto Entry, HubDoc etc.
Tax: Taxcal, IRIS, Taxfiler etc.
Payroll: BrightPay, Payroll Manager etc.
Reporting: PowerBI, Looker Studio, Fathom, Spotlight etc.

Is the Team updated with VAT & Tax rules?

While the legal landscape is constantly evolving, we maintain a continuous learning culture to stay abreast of important case laws and updates. We also diligently monitor all budget announcements to ensure our knowledge remains current and relevant.

Are they updated in CPD?

Learning is deeply ingrained in our company culture. Even during less demanding months, each team member dedicates 16 hours to learning and development, ensuring they continually enhance their skills and knowledge.

GDPR Compliance

We are extremely sensitive to data privacy. Process & working are compliant with GDPR.

Data protection agreement

We sign a NDA before we start working.

What are the charges?

It would range from 800 to 1500 GBP. Depending on the scope of work.
